All resources are made available to you immediately after purchase or free download. Any resource may be made unavailable at anytime, however, we will do our best to provide access to the content if requested and possible. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have downloaded your resource(s) upon opt in or purchase.

You understand and agree that if you do not provide your email address, unsubscribe from the email list, or change your email address upon/after purchase or opt in of a product/enrollment in course(s), you will not be automatically notified if changes or updates to the resources are made.

It is your responsibility to make sure that you have the capability to open PDF files, Word documents, google doc links, and web browser capabilities before purchasing or downloading any content from www.drlaurenbaker.com.  No refunds will be given due to not having the ability to access content due to fault of the consumer to fail to note requirements prior to purchase or download.

Courses

When you enroll in any current or future courses offered by www.drlaurenbaker.com, you will receive lifetime access to the course and all of its related materials as long as it is hosted online. Lifetime is equal to the length of time that www.drlaurenbaker.com or Dr. Lauren Baker Physical Therapy and Wellness LLC exists, including the time that it offers courses and products. 

Updates may be made to the courses at any time. You will be notified via email when this occurs. Again, if you opt not to join the email list when you purchase your course, or you unsubscribe at any time you will not be automatically updated to these changes.

Giveaways

When you enroll in a giveaway hosted by Dr. Lauren Baker Physical Therapy and Wellness LLC and its websites www.drlaurenbaker.com or youtube channel you agree to the terms and conditions listed below:

1. US residents age 18+ only including being located in and having an available address

2. Giveaways are in no way sponsored by youtube, squarespace, amazon, or any other company that creates a toy or product that is chosen by Dr. Lauren Baker, PT, DPT in a giveaway unless otherwise indicated.

3. The giveaway details will be specific to each giveaway and be found in the youtube video in which it is announced. This includes the dates for entry, the specifications for entry, and when winners will be announced.

4. Data that will be collected will be in accordance with our privacy rules and include first name, youtube channel handle, and email address. Further information collected via email may include referred name and youtube channel handle.

5. Giveaway entry must include subscription to the email list via this opt in and subscription to youtube channel at time of entry as well as email of referred participants.

6. Outline how and when the winner(s) will be chosen

7. Winner will be announced per specific details on that youtube video in the video as well as description box. Products will be mailed to US based address within 10 days of winner announcement. Shipping will be paid by Dr. Lauren Baker Physical Therapy and Wellness LLC without insurance. Dr. Lauren Baker Physical Therapy and Wellness LLC and its website www.drlaurenbaker.com is not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen.

Termination

www.drlaurenbaker.com and Dr. Lauren Baker Physical Therapy and Wellness LLC reserves the right in its sole discretion, and without prior notice, to terminate your access to its courses and/or products for any or no reason.

This is highly unlikely to occur, unless you breach these Terms of Use, the terms and conditions of any service for which you may have registered, or a violation of the rights of another user or the law. In the event that a course is discontinued or no longer offered due to any reason, www.drlaurenbaker.com will do its best to point you toward similar content or resources, however, this is at the sole discretion of Dr. Lauren Baker, PT, DPT, and may be revoked at any time for any or no reason.
