proactive play sessions.

An in-home play session with a pediatric physical therapist to help you connect and optimize the milestone that your child is at.

You will learn tips on how to position and play with your child, developmental toy or equipment recommendations, and 3-5 proactive play positions that will best help your child continue to progress toward the next milestone and avoid preventable motor delays.

Families are encouraged to video the 3-5 proactive play positions on their own devices during the session.

These sessions are not a physical therapy evaluation or treatment and are for children without a known diagnosis or delay. If physical therapy is indicated, an initial evaluation can be booked.

want to diy first?

In my professional opinion, sometimes we have to try things ourselves first before we’re ready to ask for help. I do it, I get it, and I’m willing to help you help your kiddo in whatever way feels right to you. If you’d rather learn first and consult later, check out the playlists on the youtube channel below.
